ABOUT RENDERMIND

Imagination made visible — a Vancouver concept & rendering studio

RenderMind sits on East Cordova in the Strathcona creative district — a low-rise studio space where concept renders, environment scenes and key art are built from briefs using generative AI and human curation.

What we are — and what we are not

RenderMind is a generative-AI concept and rendering studio — a creative services firm. We produce image generation, rendering, visual concepting, illustration and key art for client organizations using text-to-image and image-to-image diffusion models with human art direction at every render pass. We are not a 3D-render software product, not a wellness or mindfulness app despite the .life domain, not a render-farm you upload assets to, and not an AI-art course.

"Render" means producing rendered visuals from imagination and reference. "Mind" means the ideas clients bring — made visible through concept renders and scene work. The .life TLD is branding only; we have no connection to brain-training, meditation or neuroscience products.

We serve Canadian brands, game studios, publishers and agencies who need campaign visuals, product visualization and concept art faster than traditional pipelines allow — with clear usage rights, honest iteration scopes and responsible-AI practices throughout.

How we work

Every project begins with a written brief: moodboard, reference images, usage context and deliverable formats. Project scope, turnaround and revision rounds are agreed before any diffusion model runs. Our team combines prompt design, model and tool selection, style training where brands need repeatable output, and hands-on art direction across colour and lighting, composition and brand consistency.

We operate as a Vancouver studio with CAD pricing — per-project quotes, per-deliverable rates for catalogue work, and retainer arrangements for teams with ongoing render needs. Human-in-the-loop review is standard: AI outputs can contain artefacts, drift or unintended similarities, and we catch them before deliverables leave the studio.

We do not fabricate named experts, awards or client logos on this site. Our team is experienced in generative-AI visual production and Canadian brand work — reachable through the contact details on every page.

Responsible AI at RenderMind

We clarify usage rights and licensing on every deliverable. We do not create deepfakes, do not use real people's likeness without consent, and flag potential copyright or trademark conflicts before generation begins. Where synthetic imagery could be mistaken for authentic photography, we label it clearly in deliverable notes.

Client materials and reference images are handled under PIPEDA-aligned practices — see our privacy policy. Sub-processors (diffusion-model platforms, cloud storage) are selected with reasonable security practices; a current list is available on request at [email protected].

Results are not guaranteed. Generative AI is a powerful concepting tool — not a replacement for human judgement, legal clearance or production planning.

East Cordova and the Strathcona creative district

Our studio occupies Suite 110 in a low-rise building on East Cordova — ground-level creative space, not a high-floor corporate tower. The Strathcona neighbourhood sits between Gastown and the port, a mix of maker studios, independent agencies and long-established Vancouver creative businesses. Clients visit for moodboard sessions, render reviews and brief workshops; many engagements run fully remote across British Columbia and Canada with the same documented deliverables and usage-rights standards.

We quote in CAD. Typical engagements include concept render exploration for game and entertainment studios, key-art development for publishers, environment scenes for brand campaigns, and retainer arrangements for teams that need a steady render pass each month. Every project receives human art direction — diffusion-model output is a starting point, not a finished deliverable.
