RenderMind is a generative-AI concept and rendering studio — a creative services firm, not a product. These answers reflect how we work with Canadian brands on concept art, campaign visuals, product visualization and key art with human curation throughout.
Is RenderMindAI a 3D-render software product, a wellness / mind app, or a course?
No. The .life TLD is branding only — not wellness, mindfulness or brain-training. We are a generative-AI concept and rendering studio — a creative services firm producing concept renders, scenes, key art and illustration with human curation. We are not a software product, render-farm or course. "Render" means producing rendered visuals; "Mind" means imagination made visible. We do not create deepfakes or use real likeness without consent, and we clarify usage rights; AI outputs are always human-reviewed.
How do you engage with clients — project, retainer or per-deliverable?
All three. Per-project CAD quotes suit concept render campaigns and one-off key-art sets. Per-deliverable pricing works for catalogue environment renders and product visualization batches. Retainers serve Canadian brands with ongoing generative image generation needs — a defined monthly deliverable count, priority turnaround and a dedicated art director. Every model includes written project scope, revision rounds and usage-rights terms before work begins.
What are typical CAD budgets?
Focused environment render sets start around C$3,100–C$5,800. Key-art packages with style training range from C$7,500–C$16,000. Moodboard and pre-visualization sets from C$1,800. Per-deliverable product renders from C$220. Retainers from C$3,800/month for defined deliverable volumes. We provide itemized quotes — no hidden revision fees beyond agreed iteration rounds.
What is your turnaround?
First render pass on scoped concept briefs is typically 72 hours to two weeks depending on complexity. Style training adds one to two weeks. Full key-art packages run two to four weeks. Rush timelines are available at premium rates when studio capacity allows. Turnaround is confirmed in writing at project start.
Which diffusion models and tools do you use?
We select models and editing tools per brief — text-to-image and image-to-image diffusion models, inpainting and outpainting tools, upscaling pipelines, and LoRA fine-tuning workflows. Model and tool selection depends on fidelity needs, style requirements and turnaround. We do not disclose specific vendor names in proposals but document our approach in project notes. Human art direction governs all tool choices.
Who owns the finished renders and what are the usage rights?
Clients receive a defined commercial licence per project — channels, territories, duration and sublicensing terms are documented in the deliverable package. RenderMind retains no marketing rights to your imagery without separate consent. We retain rights to our methodologies and any custom style-training models built under NDA. How do you handle copyright, trademarks and likeness?
We flag potential copyright or trademark conflicts before generation begins. Clients must have rights to reference materials they supply. We do not use real, identifiable people's likeness without written consent. We do not create deepfakes. Where synthetic imagery could be mistaken for authentic photography, we label it in deliverable notes. Clients remain responsible for final usage clearance — our documentation is not legal advice.
How is personal information handled under PIPEDA?

What do you not do?
We do not operate a self-serve image-generator app, render-software product, stock library, deepfake service, AI-art course, NFT/crypto mint, get-rich-quick scheme, or explicit/unlawful content production. We are not a wellness or mindfulness application. We are not a photography-only studio with no generative-AI craft. We do not guarantee specific results.
What file formats do you deliver?
Typically high-resolution JPG or PNG for concept renders and key art; layered PSD on request for projects including significant image editing. Vector illustration deliverables as agreed in scope. All files ship with a usage-rights summary and iteration notes. Upscaling to print resolution is included when scoped.
